Return eligibility.

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date if the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a verified manufacturing defect. To qualify, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery with their order number and photos or videos showing the issue. All requests are reviewed before approval. Requests that don't meet these conditions would be declined.
